1. Introduction

URGR ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: email address, profile info (name, age, gender, region)
• Usage Data: streak data, badge achievements, journal entries, craving logs
• Community Content: posts, messages, interactions

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the app
• Track your progress and streaks
• Send notifications you've opted into
• Enable community features
• Improve our services
• Respond to support requests

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

• Supabase — Database and authentication. Stores your account and app data securely.
• RevenueCat — Subscription management. Processes purchase receipts to verify your subscription status. See: revenuecat.com/privacy
• Superwall — Paywall presentation. Determines which subscription offers to display. See: superwall.com/privacy
• OpenAI — Powers the Milo AI companion. Your chat messages are sent to OpenAI for processing. Messages are not stored by URGR after you leave the chat. See: openai.com/privacy
• Mixpanel — Product analytics. Receives your user ID, email, name, age, gender, subscription tier, app usage events, onboarding quiz answers (dependency score, food struggle, main trigger, pain type), streak data, and purchase history. We use Mixpanel to understand how the app is used and improve the experience — not for cross-app advertising. See: mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Google (Sign In with Google) — Authentication only. If you choose to sign in with Google, your email and profile name are shared with Google to authenticate the request. See: policies.google.com/privacy
• Apple (Sign In with Apple) — Authentication only. If you choose to sign in with Apple, Apple relays an authentication token to us; you can optionally hide your real email. See: apple.com/legal/privacy
• Expo Push Notifications — Delivery of app notifications. Receives a device push token only if you grant notification permission. Notification content is generated by URGR and does not leave our systems.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Shared only with third-party services listed above and legal authorities if required by law.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed from our Supabase servers immediately, and our analytics provider (Mixpanel) is instructed to delete your profile and associated events within 30 days, per their data-deletion SLA.

8. Your Privacy Controls

You can control your privacy through the Settings menu:

• Toggle public visibility of your streak
• Toggle public visibility of achievements
• Disable anonymous app analytics (Settings > Privacy > Share Analytics)
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data upon request (contact officialurgr@gmail.com)

9. Your Rights

Access personal data, request correction, request deletion (Settings > Account > Delete Account), export data, withdraw consent. Contact officialurgr@gmail.com to exercise rights.

10. Children's Privacy

Not intended for under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal info.

11. Changes to This Policy

Updates via "Last updated" date and in-app notifications for significant changes.
