URGR ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: email address, profile info (name, age, gender, region)
  • Usage Data: streak data, badge achievements, journal entries, craving logs
  • Community Content: posts, messages, interactions

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain the app
  • Track your progress and streaks
  • Send notifications you've opted into
  • Enable community features
  • Improve our services
  • Respond to support requests

4. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — Database and authentication. Stores your account and app data securely.
  • RevenueCat — Subscription management. Processes purchase receipts to verify subscription status. See: revenucat.com/privacy
  • Superwall — Paywall presentation. Determines which subscription offers to display. See: superwall.com/privacy
  • OpenAI — Powers the Milo AI companion. Chat messages are sent to OpenAI for processing. Messages are not stored after you leave the chat. See: openai.com/privacy

5. Data Storage & Security

Data stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Shared only with third-party services listed above and legal authorities if required by law.

7. Data Retention

Data retained while account is active. On deletion, all personal data permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized aggregated data may be retained for analytics.

8. Your Privacy Controls

Toggle public visibility of streak/achievements, delete account and all data, export data upon request.

9. Your Rights

Access personal data, request correction, request deletion (Settings > Account > Delete Account), export data, withdraw consent. Contact officialurgr@gmail.com to exercise rights.

10. Children's Privacy

Not intended for under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal info.

11. Changes to This Policy

Updates via "Last updated" date and in-app notifications for significant changes.
